Fred Wilson is starting to talk about the idea around a “middle market” for startup companies. This new market would fill the void between the herculean effort of going public and the current lack of interst by large companies to aquire startups.

This concept is rather intreging and promots the idea of smaller companies and smaller investors and helps eliminate the “to big to fail” that has become so popular over the last few months.
